Welcome to our monthly evening community birth and parenting support group. You will find it a safe and warm space where you can come and share your experiences or ask questions about your parenting journey. The group is led by an experienced parenting specialist and occasionally facilitated by guests experts. All you need to do is show up and we’ll let you set the direction of the conversation. We are led by your needs and we’ll do our best to cover as much as possible. Sometimes we have a planned topic if in a previous week a common issue/topic has come up that you want us to cover in more detail- such as infant feeding and sleep. (That’s a very popular topic!) Be sure to read the details in the Eventbrite email.

Who can come? If you are a woman or birthing person. (Dads, if you get in touch we can provide you with information and signpost you to similar support organisations).
Are there any rules? Yes! Cameras must be on! Always be respectful!
