The Mindful Mother – Postnatal Mum + Baby Yoga

Mum and baby postnatal yoga classes are focused to the mother’s healing journey. Helping to nourish the postpartum mother whilst their body recovers from childbirth as well as building community with other mums in their local area. Sessions focus to safely rehabilitating core muscles and pelvic floor, as well as stretching, breath work and overall body strengthening. Classes are catered for all mothers, no matter what kind of birth you had. It also suitable for mothers recovering from diastasis recti (abdominal separation). It is encouraged to listen to your body and respect your healing journey. Please get clearance from your healthcare provider before commencing in any form of exercise. Babies welcome from six weeks up until walking.

There is room to park buggies in the cafe entrance.

Bring your own yoga mat.

Please know that this is a safe space and everyone is welcome to join. If you have any queries, please be in touch.

After class, feel free to stick around for coffee, cake and a chance to connect with the other mothers.
